Urban Living Homes, a boutique Brisbane developer is about to launch a new $37 million residential development known as Willow Apartments located at 48 Duke Street, Kangaroo Point.

The 11 level, 73 unit development comprises of:

  • 15 one bedroom apartments starting from $365,000 all containing car parks
  • 58 two bedroom two bathroom apartments starting from $489,000 all containing car parks

Designed by Hayes Anderson Lynch the project features a rooftop recreation deck including a BBQ area, artificial turf and cinema with expansive CBD views.

“Willow boasts great value apartments, with suburban prices just two kilometers drive to the CBD, while being located so close to some of Brisbane’s best cafes and restaurants like Logan Road dining precinct and Little Stanley Street in South Bank”, said CBRE’s Paul Barratt.

“Demand is quite strong, so buyers are encouraged to get in fast before they miss out”.

Development founder Caroline Barry said the project felt “very residential”.

“Kangaroo Point is like a little oasis next to the CBD, while being positioned away from the main road, it is also very quiet”.

“Each project we do is built around the idea that we all deserve to live in beautiful environments, but that doesn’t have to mean it’s out of reach” Ms Barry said.

“Our projects are about getting that balance right of a stylish and comfortable living environment that is by far the most competitive”

Urban Living Homes has been specialising in projects within 6km of the CBD for the past decade, and always positioned around key public transport infrastructure.

Willow Apartments has an onsite sales display located at 48 Duke Street Kangaroo Point.
