Designed by Kowalski Architecture the project includes a rooftop recreation deck, podium level pool, ground floor retail and contains the following apartment mix:
- 113 One bedroom apartments
- 205 Two bedroom apartments
- 2 Three bedroom apartments
- 320 apartments total
The design also provides a provision for artwork along the podium facade of the building.

Brisbane City Council is letting itself and its citizens down by constantly allowing such buildings to go ahead. There is no plan or vision that would give Brisbane a real architectural edge and make it a nice place to be into the future.
