Gavin Faull, the Chairman and President of Swiss-Belhotel International said:

“We are very excited to be opening our first Swiss-Belhotel branded property in Australia in the booming Brisbane market. It is all about opportunity and we were presented with this exciting opportunity in Brisbane two years ago. We were so impressed that we have taken a long-term lease on the hotel and invested in the property.”

The hotel will feature a corporate lounge, meeting rooms, an indoor pool and gym as well as an expanded version of the Cafe 63 franchise which will provide drinks and entertainment during the evening and weekends as well as a larger menu and bar.
