An application has been submitted to build a new Swarovski store which would be located at 141 Queen Street, along the Queen Street Mall.

The new store, which is located at the existing Windsor Smith retail tenancy signifies Swarovski’s return to the CBD since its departure from The Wintergarden.

The existing Windsor Smith tenancy is situated on the ground storey and fronts Queen Street Mall for approximately 5.3 metres. The existing tenancy currently occupies 84.8sqm of floor area.

Designed by Design Design, the works involve demolition to the existing shopfront in order to provide for new glass pivot entry doors and ramp entry from Queen Street Mall, as well as new cladding materials and finishes, two LED TV screens, new shopfront columns, new backlit signage design and crystal shard detailing on the bulkhead on both Queen Street Mall and Albert Lane frontages.
