Consolidated Properties has submitted plans for a $200 million residential tower located at 451-461 Ann Street, known as Spire.

The new DA replaces a $160 million 17 level office tower which was submitted last year by Consolidated Properties.

The 42 storey residential tower has been designed by John Wardle Architects and includes a pool, bbq area and gym on level 35.
