A major construction milestone has been reached at Royale Gold Coast with the unveiling of an on-site beachfront display apartment, offering potential buyers an immersive look into the project’s six-star residential vision.
Located on Northcliffe Terrace, the display is a three-bedroom Beach Home on Level 4 that features 304 square metres of total space, including 253 square metres internally and a 51-square-metre covered loggia balcony designed for year-round entertaining. Interiors are by award-winning Mim Design, combining natural textures with refined coastal tones to capture the essence of oceanfront living.
The display apartment includes three ensuited bedrooms, a private study, powder room and full-size laundry, with the master suite offering its own ocean-facing balcony, walk-in robe and freestanding bath. The layout connects expansive living and dining spaces with the outdoor loggia, framed by full-height glazing to maximise ocean views.

TOTAL Property Group Managing Director Adrian Parsons said the opening marked a significant point in the project’s progress.
“This is an ultra-premium beachfront development like no other in Australia and prospective buyers can now see first-hand the level of detail, from the design and layout to the high-end finishes,” Mr Parsons said.

Royale Gold Coast is being delivered by DD Living and constructed by Hutchinson Builders, with completion expected in Q2 2026. The tower’s sculptural elliptical design by DKO maximises light and views in all directions, from the coastline to the hinterland.
DD Living Founder and Managing Director David Devine said the display suite showcased the project’s design philosophy and craftsmanship.
“This Beach Home reflects our commitment to delivering residences of enduring quality, comfort and elegance. It also offers a glimpse into the rare beachfront lifestyle that Royale will provide,” Mr Devine said.
Residents will have access to two lagoon-style pools, a wellness centre with spa, steam room, cold plunge, sauna and yoga terrace. Club Royale, a private resident-only beachfront lounge, will include a dining area and Cucina kitchen.
A limited number of three- and four-bedroom apartments remain for sale, including Beach Homes and Sky Homes, priced from $5.46 million.
