Stronger-than-expected pre-sales for Cbus Property’s 443 Queen will see construction begin ahead of schedule, with site preparation to start before the end of the month.

Cbus Property CEO Adrian Pozzo said tier 1 firm ProBuild, will begin site preparation at 443 Queen before the end of the month.

“443 Queen will provide Brisbane residents with a new street level view across the river towards the Story Bridge.  It has been designed to allow this magnificent view to be largely retained, a wonderful legacy for the people of Brisbane.”

Mr Pozzo said that more than half of the 264 apartments had already been sold.

“443 Queen is distinctive in three ways: its location right on the river with unimpeded views up and downstream, including to the Story Bridge; a building design that makes most apartments a corner unit with no more than one connecting wall; and the size and amenity of the communal areas,” he said.

“It also offers a new level of greenery, sustainability and amenity; a unique architectural response to Brisbane’s sub-tropical lifestyle and climate.”

The on-site display suite, the first one in Brisbane to feature two fully-furnished apartments, will be relocated to a new site during construction.
