Retail giant Topshop / Topman will open its first Brisbane store by December this year.
In what will be Australia’s fourth Topshop outlet, it will also be the largest in the country, spread across three levels of the former Borders space on the corner of Elizabeth and Albert Street.
Two levels will be dedicated to Topshop womenswear and one level for Topshop menswear. The store will also provide a free personal shopping service.
“I feel confident that the Topshop aesthetic will strike a chord with the effortlessly chic Brisbane customer, and its trendsetting and fashion conscious crowds.” Mary Homer, Managing Director for Topshop, said.
The British retailer has gained popularity since 1964 and has since become an international fashion icon.
Topshop Topmen will commence recruiting staff for the Brisbane store in the coming weeks with positions in management, visual merchandising and sales.
