Circle on Felix is the latest boutique residential apartment building to hit the Brisbane market. Located in Lutwyche, next to the new Lutwyche Busway Station, the project comprises of 31 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
The last three years has seen numerous boutique apartment proposals as developers are opting for projects which are both easier for the market to digest and cheaper to construct.
What defines a boutique apartment?
- Low to medium rise apartment buildings with 80 units or less are generally considered as ’boutique apartments’.
- While in order to minimise construction costs and keep body corporate fees low, these buildings typically don’t come with a pool, gym or other amenities seen in larger projects.
