The development will provide additional choice and variety in tourist accommodation in close proximity to various key tourist destinations including the entertainment, retail and cultural precincts of South Bank as well as being located only 1km from the CBD.

The proposed 4 star hotel will also cater towards business travellers given its proximity to the Brisbane Convention Centre and other business destinations within the immediate area.

It is not yet known what hotel brand will be going into the development.

The DA number for this development is A004157916.

Hello, i’m currently a Master student at QUT and i would like to have more information about this project. Please, can you provide where Urbis ( the town planners) said that “…this will provide additional choice and variety in tourist accomodation…”
Thank you for your time and effort doing this webpage.
