Aniko Group has completed its $60 million 35 Grant Avenue townhouse development in Hope Island, marking a full sell-out of all 58 residences.

The project forms part of the company’s wider $500 million pipeline in the area and is the fourth to be delivered on Hope Island by the Gold Coast-based developer, contributing to a total of 630 residences delivered locally to date.

The development consists of two-storey three-bedroom townhouses situated within a gated community along the Hope Island waterfront. Each residence features private courtyards, upper-level balconies, and high-specification interiors. These include Herringbone engineered timber flooring on the ground level, ducted air conditioning across both living areas and bedrooms, as well as kitchens with under-bench wine fridges, electric cooktops, and stainless-steel appliances.

Amenities within the precinct include a resort-style swimming pool, a waterfront boardwalk, and private marina berths. Additional communal areas feature landscaped outdoor zones with a barbeque and dining area, as well as an open-air firepit lounge.

George Mastrocostas, Managing Director of Aniko Group, said the project’s success highlighted continued buyer interest in well-designed homes in premium lifestyle locations.

The sell-out of 35 Grant Avenue highlights the continued demand for sophisticated and functional homes in sought-after locations like Hope Island,” said Mastrocostas.

This waterfront development is part of our broader vision to enhance the quality of life for residents and contribute to the ongoing revitalisation of the area.

Located adjacent to Hope Island Marketplace and within proximity to major Gold Coast retail and lifestyle precincts, the development’s location was described as a key driver of demand. Mastrocostas added that the group’s focus on both design quality and community connection had resonated with buyers.

Aniko Group is now progressing work on its next pipeline projects, including Orama on Chevron Island and the upcoming launch of The Landmark, a four-tower masterplan development in Mermaid Beach that includes an internationally branded hotel.

Construction on The Landmark is expected to commence in early 2025.
