A development application has been approved for an 8 storey residential building located at 31 & 33 Bay Terrace, Wynnum.

Submitted by Elder Lifestyle Pty Ltd, the development comprises of 14 three-bedroom residential apartments and a 186sqm ground floor adaptable retail tenancy.

The development has been designed by agarchitects and would include 26 car parking spaces (including 22 resident spaces and 4 shared visitor / retail spaces).

The proposal provides parking largely configured across two basement levels. Access to the basement is provided via the ground floor.
