A new development known as Eastpark apartments will has been planned for Bulimba.

The range of apartments from Ellivo Architects and DeLuca Development comprises one, two, and three bedroom apartments plus an exclusive collection of two bedroom, double storey loft homes.

“The rarity of Eastpark’s three bedroom stock really sets this development apart from the rest of the current market,” says Scott Whiteoak from Ellivo Architects.

“We have managed to create comfortable, spacious home environments, suitable for families, that come with the style, amenities, and convenience of an apartment.”

The collection of double storey loft homes is also an exciting new perspective to the influx of residential infrastructure in Brisbane.

“There’s a lot of competition at the moment, so the pressure is on to create something truly unique that will offer residents something special.

“Eastpark covers all the bases – it’s got great style and excellent layouts, it’s unparalleled in its proximity to a range of vibrant entertainment and lifestyle options, and all at a fantastic price point.”

The collection of 80 apartments surrounds a landscaped, resort-style pool with sun lounges and barbeque area.

Landscapes and garden areas are proposed and will weave through Eastpark to form a serene environment, blending with the lush parklands of Bulimba that surround.

Each apartment will have views over the pool, onto Johnston Park, or towards the wide streets in Bulimba’s “River Avenues”.

The interiors of Eastpark apartments incorporate carefully selected materials from the kitchens, through to bathrooms and ensuites, and onto expansive balconies.

Pre release opportunities for Eastpark’s double storey loft homes start from $699,000 and three bedroom apartments from $849,000.
