The recently launched five-star residential tower Escape has been revealed in a luxury sales experience centre now open at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, as award-winning builder developer Luxcon Group prepares to commence construction this month.

A 210sqm state-of-the-art sales gallery has been constructed on Level 3 of the Oracle East building in Broadbeach and is now open by private appointment for potential buyers to view.

Escape is a $250 million five-star apartment building with 31 full-floor private residences and two double-level penthouses planned for a prime absolute beachfront site spanning 1,010sqm in the exclusive residential enclave of Garfield Terrace between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.

Since launching the elite collection of just 31 premium whole-floor private residences, the first market release of nine apartments has been sold to the tune of around $75 million, bringing forward the release of stage two to the market.

Prestige property purchasers attending private appointments at the Escape Sales Gallery are offered an in-depth look at the premium internal finishes and ultra-luxurious style of the full-floor sky home floorplans that take up the entire floorplate of each level.

A full-sized kitchen, living and dining room as well as a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in-wardrobe showcases the apartments and building’s main features for interested buyers to see for themselves what a future would look like living at Escape.

Priced from $6.45 million, each full floor sky home at Escape features 360-degree views of Gold Coast’s spectacular beach, ocean and hinterland, with elegantly appointed interiors that present owner-occupiers with the ultimate low-maintenance, high-end lifestyle.

The first release of apartments sold before the Escape Sales Gallery even opened, with leading project sales and marketing agency TOTAL Property Group saying it demonstrated the “unprecedented” high demand for ultra-premium apartments in Gold Coast’s most desirable beachfront location.

TOTAL Property Group Managing Director Adrian Parsons says demand for Escape’s elite full-floor sky home apartments can be attributed to the absolute beachfront location, the quality of the architectural and interior design and confidence in the builder developer reputation for the impeccable level of attention taken to deliver some of Australia’s most prestigious private apartment residences.

“Luxcon is a vertically integrated builder developer with a strong reputation for successfully delivering ultra-luxury residential projects in some of Australia’s most highly desirable and exclusive locations,” Mr Parsons said.

“They have an impressive portfolio of award-winning high-end developments in Sydney and Melbourne’s exclusive residential areas and this gives prestige property purchasers a great deal of confidence when buying off the plan.

“Being an award-winning builder developer that specialises in the construction and delivery of exclusive ultra-luxury residential projects, we expect apartment sales to increase when construction begins.

“The opportunity to develop a premium absolute beachfront site, and an unprecedented demand for this type of luxury on the Gold Coast motivated Luxcon Group to create a premium apartment development and offer two different floor plans that meet the unique needs and wants of prestige property purchasers.

“The response to the initial sales release has been exceptional and further lots are scheduled to be released to the market once construction commences.”

Buyers of the full-floor sky homes have the option of two floorplan configurations that include one with master bedroom on the beachfront for people who want to wake up and look at the ocean and the second floorplan for people who want to maximise their living and entertaining spaces looking out to the beach and ocean.

Showcasing a Spectacular 15m beach frontage, each apartment features three metre high ceilings throughout and timeless and elegant interiors that blend Gold Coast’s famous beachside lifestyle with first-class luxury. Exclusive residents’ amenities include a beachfront pool, outdoor lounge and cabanas, surfboard storage, oceanfront business centre with boardroom facilities, private fitness centre, and sauna and steam room.

“That’s why Escape is appealing to a wide range of demographics from empty nesters to relocators and holiday home purchasers who are seeking the ultimate seaside lifestyle,” Mr Parsons said.

“Buyers are acting quickly and we expect to see this level of interest increase now that the Escape Sales Gallery is open and even more so when construction starts.

“The architectural design and two whole floors of extensive five-star amenities have been extremely favourable with apartment buyers.”

Designed with a long-standing collaboration between award-winning teams from PBD Architecture and interior design studio Coco Republic, the Escape building gradually tapers in, with floorplates for the full floor residences ranging in size from 311sqm to 293sqm, offering two different floorplans that redefine absolute beachfront living for affluent property buyers.

Luxcon Group’s Founder and Managing Director Ilya Melnikoff said it was encouraging to see early market acceptance for the Group’s first Gold Coast development of five-star private sky home residences at Escape.

“Working with PBD Architecture, Coco Republic and TOTAL Property Group in planning Escape, the focus was to create a point of difference in the beachfront apartment living with Australia’s natural coastal beauty and complement the unique cosmopolitan style of the Gold Coast,” Mr Melnikoff said.

“Our vision for Escape is to offer beachfront residences characterised by unparalleled style and quality. We are thrilled by the incredibly positive reception, particularly from local buyers who are demonstrating strong confidence in the development. As the builder and developer responsible for delivering this project, we will ensure the building will be delivered to the same ethos as we show in all of our marketing and past projects and philosophy that will follow throughout our project.”

Escape is a 35-level boutique apartment tower with 31 full-floor private residences and two double storey penthouses being delivered by Luxcon Group at 63-65 Garfield Terrace, Surfers Paradise.
