A new apartment development, Burly Residences, is now available for potential buyers. Located on a beachfront site in North Burleigh, this development is a project by Australian developer David Devine and DD Living.

The initial release of Burly Residences offers two, three, and four-bedroom apartments. These apartments provide spacious living areas and views of the ocean and beach.

Situated at 264-268 The Esplanade in North Burleigh, Burly Residences covers a 2,024m2 area with a 40-metre frontage. The development comprises 100 private residences and includes amenities such as swimming pools, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, private cinema, dining areas, and more.

The 24-story building was designed by Koichi Takada Architects, in partnership with DD Living and TOTAL Property Group. The design reflects the natural surroundings of the Queensland coast. Mim Design has crafted the interiors, ensuring a cohesive and elegant look throughout the building.

Adrian Parsons, Managing Director of TOTAL Property Group, commented on the development’s unique position and design. He highlighted the green spaces and the larger apartment sizes, made possible by the amalgamation of two sites. Parsons also mentioned the trust buyers have in David Devine’s track record in the property market.

Burly Residences is setting a new benchmark for beachfront living on the Gold Coast with the exceptional coastal lifestyle it offers.

The location directly across from the beach and parkland is carried through to Burly’s design, with an abundance of lush green space throughout, only made possible because DD Living was able amalgamate two adjoining sites for the Burly development.

The location of Burly Residences offers convenience for residents. It’s close to James Street, known for its retail and dining options, and is adjacent to the North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Club.

David Devine, Founder and Managing Director of DD Living, expressed satisfaction with the project. He emphasized the effort put into planning and designing the apartments to cater to the preferences of potential buyers.

“In collaborating with our award-winning design team, we have created a signature apartment building that maximises its prime lifestyle position in North Burleigh,”

“We spent a great deal of time working on plans for Burly to get it just right by including extra features that we know matter to buyers of prestige property.

Burly Residences is expected to be completed by 2026. It is located at 264-268 The Esplanade, North Burleigh, which is 13km from Gold Coast International Airport and 6km from the Pacific Motorway.
