A new development application has been submitted for 628 Coronation Drive, Toowong by JH Coronation Land Pty Ltd (BPM Corp).

The development comprises of a new 15 storey residential building which sits adjacent to Sunland’s Zaha Hadid designed Grace on Coronation.

Development Breakdown:

  • 1 bedroom apartments: 1
  • 2 bedroom apartments: 129
  • Total: 130

Designed by nra-co-lab, the project includes a rooftop pool deck on level 15 as well as a retail space fronting Coronation Drive which is proposed to activate the corner of the site and provide amenity for residents and the local area.

Five basement carpark levels are planned which will house 174 car parks and 163 bicycle spaces.

      You’re right, John, but it just doesn’t seem up to the BPM standard. The apartments look terribly cramped and poorly thought out. It’s a shame, really.
