Caruso Property Group have submitted a DA for a 5 level boutique residential development on 33 & 35 Chester Street, Newstead.

The development includes 45 one and two bedroom apartments as well as ground level retail and a rooftop terrace level with a plunge pool.

Designed by Ferro Architects, the project has a total GFA of 4,692 sqm and holds 57 underground car spaces.

    Now this curve looks unique! Looks like a great design from the East approach! Though from the south it looks sterile, too blocky, just plain wrong for the great curved approach.

    Though this is simply my own opinion on the design look. Great to see something different.
