Pellicano and Perri Projects have submitted a proposal to build a 13 level residential tower situated at 144 Logan Road, Woolloongabba.

144 Logan Road is the first stage of a larger redevelopment which includes several properties along Logan Road and Deshon Street.

The site previously held a large approved DA which was known as Phoenix.

The proposed mixed use development comprises of thirteen storeys and a recreational landscaped roof terrace, ground level lobby and 10 commercial retail tenancies.

The ground level tenancies offer approx. 950sqm of retail space with active frontages to all 4 facades.

Designed by DBI, the typical residential floor contains 9 apartments, with; 2 x one bedroom apartments, 6 x two bedroom apartments of various configurations and 1 x three bedroom apartment. The building consists of a total of 108 apartments.

The proposal includes an impressive rooftop recreation deck on level fourteen which accommodates landscaped gardens, a gymnasium, residents lounge, pool, spa, bar, kitchen facilities, herb garden, elevated observation platform and children’s play zone.

The DA number for this development is (A003783659).
