A new DA for a nine level residential development at 170 Dornoch Tce, Highgate Hill has been approved.

Developed by Pointcorp, the project consists of 42 three and four bedroom apartments with three to four units per floor.

The development, known as ‘The Highgate’ sits next to the heritage listed Torbreck. Designed by Cottee Parker, it is understood the apartments will start from $1.5 million.

The proposed development includes a pool, spa, gardens, recreation terraces and features interior design by celebrity chef Neil Perry.
