A new development application has been submitted by the Brisbane Racing Club for a new shopping precinct located at 230 Lancaster Road, Ascot.
The development is known as Ascot Central and comprises of a 3,770 sqm anchor Woolworths supermarket, eleven specialty retail tenancies and 297 car spaces.
Designed by Thomson Adsett, the total shopping centre area is 6,328 sqm.
The development forms part of a wider redevelopment of Eagle Farm raceway which is will see the construction of new residential towers, currently for sale in the market by Mirvac.
