A gated residential development on the Gold Coast’s Isle of Capri is nearing completion, with just 10 of the 48 villas still available as the project approaches its final construction milestone.

Located at 81 Salerno Street in Surfers Paradise, Capri Villas is a medium-density enclave developed by Monaco Property Group. The development features a mix of three and four-bedroom villas priced from $2.4 million, each with double garages, private courtyards, and open-plan living areas. The project has now sold over 80 percent of its dwellings, with the remaining villas expected to attract interest from downsizers and local lifestyle buyers.

The project includes a suite of shared resort-style amenities, including a designer pool with submerged lounges, a resident lounge, and an outdoor barbeque and dining pavilion, all set within landscaped and gated surrounds. The communal offerings, which have been described as among the most comprehensive delivered on the Isle of Capri, are now complete and will be publicly unveiled during an open day event on June 14.

Designed by Plus Architecture, the villas incorporate concrete construction, double-height entry voids, natural stone finishes, and spa-inspired master ensuites. Kitchens are fitted with Gaggenau appliances, Vintec wine fridges, stone island benches, and concealed walk-in pantries.

Monaco Property Group co-founder Jonathan Grasso said the development has attracted strong interest from local and interstate buyers, particularly downsizers.

“Capri Villas has attracted a high level of interest from both local and interstate downsizers looking for a secure, low-maintenance home without compromise,” Mr Grasso said. “We’re also seeing a growing number of families purchasing for their children as a way to help them enter the property market in a meaningful way.”

Construction is being delivered by Greyburn, with the first residents expected to settle in late July. The final handovers are anticipated by November.

Capri Villas is situated within walking distance of the Capri on Via Roma retail and dining precinct and is accessible to nearby beaches, schools, and key Gold Coast cultural and medical facilities.
