Designed by Buchan, the Apollo Road Apartments project plans to build two and three-story residential buildings with underground parking, alongside the historic Fabrication Shed, which will be refurbished as part of the Bulimba Barracks master plan. The development aims to integrate with the surrounding area, enhancing community connectivity and reflecting the site’s historical character.

This design aims to provide a balance between urban density and a human-scale living environment, enhancing the overall neighbourhood’s character and represents the first residential stage of the approved 14 stage master planned village community.
