Brisbane developer Pradella has launched Evergreen Sherwood, a boutique collection of apartments and townhomes set beside established parkland in one of the city’s most tightly held inner west suburbs. Just 10 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, the community pairs a leafy, village feel with easy access to schools, shops, dining and public transport, with apartments priced from $989,000.
The release comprises two low rise apartment buildings, Bangalow and Rivergum Residences, alongside a limited run of four bedroom townhomes known as Figtree Terraces. In all, the boutique launch is capped at just 68 apartments and eight townhomes, with the apartments offered across two and three bedroom layouts, including select plans with a flexible multi purpose room.
Designed by Rothelowman, the residences are built around the principles of contemporary subtropical living, with generous balconies, open plan interiors, premium finishes and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. Positioned alongside the established Sherwood Parklands, Evergreen has been planned to fold into the suburb’s leafy character rather than stand apart from it.
Opportunities to create new homes in locations such as Sherwood are becoming increasingly rare, particularly those that offer direct access to parklands while remaining connected to everyday amenities and transport.
Lee-Anne Kielar, Sales and Marketing Director, Pradella
Residents will share a range of lifestyle amenities woven through the masterplanned community, including a village green, landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, a gym, and communal entertaining and outdoor gathering spaces. The emphasis throughout is on landscape and liveability, with the homes oriented to capture light, breezes and green outlooks.
Evergreen has been carefully planned to complement the character of Sherwood, with a strong focus on landscape, liveability and creating a genuine sense of community.
Lee-Anne Kielar, Sales and Marketing Director, Pradella
The launch marks the latest chapter in Pradella’s 65 year history of delivering residential communities across South East Queensland, and follows the developer’s $1.5 billion Riverside West End masterplan. Ms Kielar said the early response reflected strong demand for thoughtfully designed homes that let people stay in the suburbs they love while moving to a more low maintenance lifestyle.
Early works are already underway at the site, with full construction expected to begin in July 2026 and completion anticipated between late 2027 and early 2028.

For more than 65 years Pradella has been one of Queensland’s most established privately owned developers, delivering residential communities across South East Queensland with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and long term liveability.
The family company builds for the owner occupier market, and its recent work includes the $1.5 billion Riverside West End masterplan on the Brisbane River. Evergreen Sherwood extends that record into the leafy inner west, on a parkside site of the kind that rarely comes to market in an established suburb.
