Brisbane-based Azure has officially launched its $72 million luxury residential project, Oakmont by Azure, located along the eighth hole of the Greg Norman-designed Brookwater Golf Course. The development comprises 61 terrace residences, including a mix of three- and four-bedroom homes. Prices for the three-bedroom residences start at $1,150,000.

“Oakmont stands out as a rare and highly sought-after project due to the limited availability of golf-fronting land in today’s market. We are thrilled to bring such a unique opportunity to the market,” said Azure Director Trent Keirnan. The homes have been designed to follow the site’s natural slope, offering unobstructed views of the golf course and surrounding landscape.

Residences include multi-purpose rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and garages for one or two vehicles. The project also features over 2,000sqm of resort-style amenities, anchored by a Wellness Pavilion aimed at supporting residents’ physical and mental well-being.

Mr Keirnan described the project as “offering unparalleled architecture and wellness facilities located on an esteemed golf course, setting it apart from anything else on the market.”

YPM Group has been appointed as the project’s marketing agency. Lisa Halpin, Project and Residential Sales Consultant at YPM, noted strong demand, saying, “There has been an overwhelming number of pre-launch inquiries for Oakmont, with many potential buyers captivated by Oakmont’s direct golf frontage and elegant design.”

Azure Build, the construction division of Azure, will deliver the project. The firm is concurrently working on six other developments across southeast Queensland, contributing to Azure’s $1.5 billion project pipeline. Construction is expected to commence in Q1 2025, with completion anticipated in Q3 2026.
