New Restaurant & Bar Proposed for Stefan’s Brisbane Headquarters

A new DA has been submitted for a new restaurant, bar, function facility, office and showroom at Stefan Ackerie’s South Brisbane headquarters facing Melbourne Street.

The application seeks the redevelopment of an existing 2772 sqm site which is located at 170 Melbourne Street, South Brisbane.

According to the development application, the new bar and restaurant venue is known as ‘The Bach’ and includes a furniture showroom at the back of the space, behind the restaurant.

Designed by Blueprint Architects, the architect behind James Street’s Sixes and Sevens, the venue also includes a second level upper bar terrace area overlooking Melbourne Street.
