Devine Development Group, is set to deliver a $340 million apartment building on a beachfront site at the Gold Coast, featuring a signature collection of premium private residences.

Royale Gold Coast will be developed on a prime 2,251sqm north-east facing corner block at Northcliffe Terrace on the Gold Coast, offering 108 two, three and four-bedroom beachfront apartments, Sky Homes and Penthouses across 38 levels, priced from $1.59million, with the average apartment price of $3 million.

The building features a concierge, a wellness centre with a state-of-the-art gym and treatment rooms, an exclusive residents’ club with a cinema, library, executive lounge, bar, whiskey locker, a commercial kitchen for caterers and three separate swimming pools.

Devine Development Group has appointed architectural firm DKO Architecture, and Melbourne-based interior architecture design studio Mim Design, to design the beachfront apartments.

The beach front site on the corner of Markwell Avenue and Northcliffe Terrace was purchased for $45million.

Devine Development Group CEO David Devine said his team had been looking for an ultra-premium site for some time and was pleased to now be presenting Royale Gold Coast to the market.

“The vision for Royale Gold Coast is a landmark building of high distinction, with premium residential apartments that will redefine luxury absolute beachfront living,” Mr Devine said.

“I want people who walk along the beach every day to look up at Royale and say, ‘that’s where I want to live’.

“We have appointed leading luxury apartment marketing agency TOTAL Property Group to manage the apartment sales for Royale Gold Coast.”

TOTAL Property Group Managing Director and Royale Gold Coast Marketing Manager Adrian Parsons said there had been a high level of inquiry from prestige property buyers wanting private luxury residences and beach homes.

“Royale Gold Coast will be positioned to meet the demand as there are very few brand-new absolute beachfront developments on the Gold Coast,” Mr Parsons said.

“The prestige apartment market in southeast Queensland, and in particular the Gold Coast, is buzzing with buyers from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane looking for lifestyle opportunities to either relocate or enjoy as a holiday home on the spectacular Gold Coast.

“There has been a big shift in the market with people now having the flexibility to work remotely, giving them the freedom to choose where they live.

“As the Gold Coast property market continues to be strong, there is also high demand from local buyers who are selling their houses and opting for the convenience of private residential apartments with high quality resort amenities that are often experienced within leading hotels.

“Royale Gold Coast will meet the needs of prestige property buyers in terms of location and lifestyle, with its superior apartment design and full resort style facilities including concierge presenting a unique opportunity to the prestige property market.”

Potential buyers who register will be the first to preview the range of floor plans, architectural detail and quality of finishes, spacious interior styling and breathtaking views before Royale Gold Coast is released to the general public.
