Metro Property Group has just submitted yet another proposal for a residential tower in the Fortitude Valley.
The project’s site at 977 Ann Street (opposite the Waterloo Hotel) currently houses a car lot and has been recently purchased by Metro Property Group. The 15 level tower will have 234 one and two bedroom apartments and a total of 234 underground car spaces.
Designed by Woods Bagot, the proposed development includes 746m2 of retail floorspace provided as five tenancies which will help activate the Valley streetscape and complement Emporium’s retail offering.

Great position to start with! Offering uninteruped views for those keen to live close to the city with the perks of all the amenities but without the hassle of being actually in the centre of the city.
