An approved development application by Oliver Hume for a twin tower residential project at 32 Cribb Street, Milton has had a height increase from 19 & 21 floors to 23 & 29 floors.

BrisbaneDevelopment.com had previously reported on Oliver Hume’s 32 Cribb Street twin towers in Milton which is now known as ‘The Cosmopolitan‘.

The new development application recently lodged to council specifies for an additional 88 apartments bringing the total apartment count to 348 across the two towers.

Development Breakdown:

Tower A:

  • x69 – 1 Bed Apartments
  • x84 – 2 Bed Apartments
  • x9 – 3 Bed Apartments

Tower B:

  • x64 – 1 Bed Apartments
  • x100 – 2 Bed Apartments
  • x21 – 3 Bed Apartments
  • x1 – 4 Bed Apartment

Designed by DBI, the project includes podium level pools, bbq areas, residents lounge and gym.
