Total Property Group has released a limited collection of eight premium private residences in new boutique apartment development Prominence, now under construction in a tightly held beachside pocket of Mermaid Beach.

Prominence is a $35million luxury apartment building with only eight half-floor residences across four floors, being developed on a prime 845sqm site at 13-15 Chairlift Avenue in Mermaid Beach with prices starting at $3.445 million.

These unique beach houses boast their own private pools in generous garden terraces.

Four half-floor residences on levels two and three include three-bedrooms, a multipurpose room and three-and-a-half bathrooms in 206sqm and 207sqm floorplans.

The two penthouses on the top level boast 379sqm and 369sqm floorplans that include three-bedrooms, a multipurpose room and three-and-a-half and four and a half bathrooms options, as well as a generous 3 or 4 car spaces with rooftop terraces boasting private pools and entertaining areas.
