The building, designed by Joe Adsett Architects, features a sculptural facade inspired by the undulating curves of the Brisbane River and integrates subtropical design principles.

The facade incorporates earthy tones and organic forms, blending seamlessly into the suburban streetscape. A design statement highlights the use of natural ventilation through full-height glazing and generous balconies, allowing residents to embrace Brisbane’s subtropical climate. Notably, the tower site cover is 561.3m2, which is notable smaller than most existing towers in Toowong.

Included in the design is a large rooftop terrace, comprising of a pool, spas, private dining, cinema, sauna and lush landscaping. On the ground level, the proposal includes a gym as well as deep soil planting zones with trees and shrubs, enhancing the building’s green footprint and creating a connection with the existing streetscape.
