National developer Cedar Woods Properties has appointed Devcon Building Co Pty Ltd to deliver the final collection of townhomes within its $300 million Greville masterplanned community in Wooloowin. The new stage will progress alongside the construction of Vera, Greville’s first apartment building currently underway by local apartment specialists Emacen.

The last release comprises 47 three-bedroom townhomes designed by Rothelowman, following the successful completion and settlement of the first two stages. Cedar Woods Development Director Blair Britton said the project has already achieved strong buyer momentum. “This urban lifestyle precinct is already alive and thriving, and the final townhome release is already 40% sold as construction begins,” Mr Britton said.

The homes range from 191 to 213 square metres and feature multiple facade designs, premium finishes, 2.5 bathrooms and two car spaces. Prices for the remaining townhomes start from $1.42 million, positioned below the suburb’s current median house price of $1.6 million.

Greville residents already have access to community amenities including a 4,000 square metre park, a recreation area with pool, BBQs and alfresco dining. Once complete, the broader development will deliver 84 townhomes, more than 200 apartments across three buildings, and a collection of restored heritage homes within the historic Holy Cross laundry building, constructed in the 1800s.

Devcon General Manager Ray Lindley said the company’s appointment builds on its three decades of experience delivering residential projects in south-east Queensland. “Greville forms part of our growing Brisbane pipeline and complements our extensive footprint on the Sunshine Coast, where we have been delivering high quality residential projects since 1993,” Mr Lindley said.

Construction of the final stage is targeted for completion in early 2027. Located five kilometres north of Brisbane’s CBD, Greville adds to Cedar Woods’ Brisbane portfolio, which also includes Ellendale in Upper Kedron and Sage in Burpengary.
