The architecture looks like a pair of 70’s office building. Poorly articulated and dull. Brisbane deserve better.
Idea of a dog day spa is refreshing and encouraging.

Will not be looking at buying in this building. I am not a dog lover.

Ah yes, the sound of dogs barking mixed with trucks reversing into the Woolworths loading bay. The echoing canyon between Skyring, Aveo-on-Woolies and now Lucent will be put to good use. Noisy and busy doesn’t always mean “vibrant”.

Finally, a property development company that doesn’t discrimate against dog and is pet friendly! Not all four legged pets are noisy especially if well trained along with mine companion which is more senior and doesn’t require a backyard these days! Looking for inner city living that can accomodate for your pets and children are a step in the right direction! Good work Cavcorp! Thumbs Up from me
