Designed by MullArch Architecture, the development is designed with a four storey podium and tower levels significantly setback from the street frontage which aims to minimise presence and impact to the overall form.

The development comprises of a full floor rooftop recreation deck including pool, communal bbq seating area, wine cellar room, outdoor seating.

The project is situated directly next to a newly proposed 84-apartment development known as ‘The Tannery Residences’ recently proposed by McNab. Both of the developments will share an existing easement driveway for car parking which would enable an overall better street activation setup.
