Aria property group has lodged a proposal for another mixed use tower situated on 18 Merivale Street, South Brisbane.

The development known as Artisan is located next to Aria’s other project known as Station 16 which is under construction now. The ten floor office and residential tower is almost identical to it’s neighbouring development.

The site is well located in relation to various public transit nodes, including the South East Busway (Cultural Centre and South Bank stations), South Bank train station, and West End and South Bank ferry terminals.

The tower comprises of 36 two and 24 one bedroom apartments and includes a small ground floor coffee shop.

Very good, onwards and upwards. Quirky interesting towers.

Looks like a nice boutique building that will only benefit the area!

It’s a shame you overlook the railway line…noisy. Otherwise a good project.

Agree, but noise is all part of the inner city. This spot will be particularly noisy though as the residents will be able to wave at passing rail commuters while welcoming all of the south bound traffic coming over the Go Between Bridge. I hope the apartments are double glazed otherwise you will need to watch TV with headphones on.
