We would oppose this build on the grounds that traffic to and from the BCBD is already congested to breaking point . Access to the public pool and recreational park and river nearby is already compromised and dangerous . HOWEVER If public swimming and gyms were made availability to local residents then the this May make the the added inconvenience and congestion worthwhile .
