A new DA has been submitted by Aria Property Group for a new 19 level residential tower located at 64 Logan Road, Woolloongabba.

The project has been designed by Elenberg Fraser and consists of 174 apartments.

  • 56 x 1 bedroom
  • 14 x 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom
  • 104 x 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom

The development also includes a rooftop pool and bbq area and one ground floor retail tenancy of approximately 205m2 GFA.
