Sales at Pradella’s latest boutique development, Enclave at West End, have shown unprecedented demand with 50 per cent of Stage Two residences sold within one month.

Now in its final stage, Davies Residences was fast-tracked to meet buyer demand following the success of Stage One which sold out in record time, prompting the early release of the project’s last selection of apartments.

According to Pradella, Enclave’s offerings are designed for owner-occupiers seeking refined luxury on a supersized scale, with large floorplans and an array of exclusive resident amenities.

Acting as both the developer and the builder, Pradella adjusted floorplans in Stage Two to cater to the high demand of owner-occupiers looking for more space in a boutique apartment, a move that has buyers now flocking to the community to secure their own slice of inner-city luxury living in record time.

The success of Enclave comes after high demand at Pradella’s previous West End development, Montague Markets, saw buyers waitlisted for the next project which is located a mere 750 metres away at the riverfront location of 11 Pidgeon Close.

Enclave’s Stage Two, Davies Residences, features a range of 70 upmarket two and three bedroom residences. Davies Residences feature floorplans up to 203sqm including a penthouse collection.

Pradella Sales and Marketing Director Lee-Anne Kielar said the success at Enclave is due to a number of factors including its thriving West End location, collection of impressive private resident amenity and the expansive and architecturally designed living options which are deliberately planned with the discerning owner-occupier in mind.

“We’re pleased to have seen an monumental uptake of Enclave residences which we can only attribute to Pradella’s rigorous testing of floorplans and design features which truly place residents at the fore,” Ms Kielar said.

“When developing the master planned communities that Pradella is renowned for, we listen to homebuyers and adapt our offerings to create optimal liveability. This is why Enclave boasts huge spatial benefits and we believe that correlates directly with its sales success,” she said.

According to the developer, residences within Stage Two will feature natural stone and timber-adorned kitchens fitted with premium appliances, grand bathrooms with dual vanities and a full-sized bath tub plus separate shower, and a range of multi-purpose spaces designed with versatility and functionality in mind, along with an abundance of space.

Resident amenity at Enclave includes a wellness and fitness centre, rooftop garden ‘Eden’, swimming pools, sun decks and outdoor entertainment spaces.

Davies Residences is the last chance for buyers to secure a residence at Enclave, with Stage One officially sold out. A selection of apartments are available from $929,000.
