A new DA has been submitted by Urban Construct for a 14 level residential tower located at 44 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba.

The development has been designed by Brisbane-based Conrad Gargett architects and consists of 113 one bedroom and 104 two bedroom apartments (217 apartments total) as well as three ground floor retail tenancies.

The Brisbane City Council has also proposed a road resumption in order to join Ipswich Rd with Jurgens Street.

The current site at 44 Ipswich Road houses a car dealership.
