BPM Corp has submitted a new DA for a 20 storey residential development located at 358 Wickham Street.

Containing 332 apartments, the development has been designed by Elenberg Fraser who also designed the nearby mixed use FV development.

The project is known as Night Edge.

Total (332 units)

The previous DA for this project was for a 15 level commercial tower by Prime Space Projects submitted in early 2012.

The development includes three ground floor retail tenancies as well as rooftop residents pool and bbq area.
