A collection of 28 whole-floor apartments in Broadbeach have been released to the market with the official launch of ocean facing apartment development Luxe Broadbeach.

Located at 2 Charles Ave, Luxe Broadbeach, a $158 million apartment building to be developed on a 756m2 north-east facing site, is now presenting the prestige property market with a selection of 28 full-floor private residences with unobstructed park, beach and ocean views that will never be built out.

Priced from $4.95million, each apartment at Luxe Broadbeach takes up the entire 374sqm floorplate.

Designed by architectural firm DBI, the Manhattan-inspired Luxe Broadbeach aims to blend sophisticated apartment living with Australia’s natural coastal beauty.

Positioned in one of Gold Coast’s premier lifestyle destinations, Luxe Broadbeach with unobstructed beach and ocean views is a one minute walk from shopping, dining and entertainment precincts.

Exclusive residents’ amenities on the Podium Level 5 include a 25-metre heated lap pool, infinity pool with views, residents’ lounge, sauna, barbeque area, gymnasium and yoga lawn, with views over the Broadbeach foreshore and out to the ocean.

Apartment levels begin on Level 6 with one per floor up to the two-level penthouse on Level 33. All apartments are allocated three secure car spaces across three basement levels and Levels 2 and 3.

Broadbeach Luxe Development Company Director John Kubatov said the development team was pleased to now be releasing its signature collection of six-star private residences to the market for the first time to meet demand for the ultimate luxurious home-sized apartments in a premium location.

“We have taken our time to refine the design to bring to the market high-end prestigious apartments with timeless and elegant craftmanship that will take luxury living to a whole new level,” Mr Kubatov said.

“Collaborating with our award-winning design team, we have created a building of distinction that maximises the site’s appealing north-east facing position to deliver a limited number of 28 exclusive private residences for the owner-occupier who is seeking luxurious, spacious whole-floor apartments with breathtaking beach and ocean views.

“We are excited to now be ready to present this rare opportunity to the prestige property market as Luxe Broadbeach is set to redefine high-end luxury apartment living with an unparalleled level of sophistication and elegance encapsulating the opulent Manhattan-influenced style and natural beauty of beachfront surrounds.

TOTAL Property Group Managing Director and Luxe Broadbeach Marketing Manager Adrian Parsons says the private residences at Luxe are ultra-premium with all the high-end features that buyers of premium properties are looking for on the Gold Coast.

“The Gold Coast property market has changed dramatically in recent times with buyer demand very high for larger, more luxurious full-floor home-sized apartments designed specifically for the owner-occupier,” Mr Parsons said.

“Since the Gold Coast was named one of the world’s fastest growing luxury housing markets last year, we have seen stronger high-end property sales, reinforcing the region as an international hot spot.

“A highly-desirable lifestyle and well-established luxury home market on the Gold Coast has been attracting high-net worth individuals who have been re-evaluating where they want to live and looking towards South East Queensland for unique lifestyle opportunities.

“We have been receiving an unprecedented level of inquiries from more buyers searching for properties with higher price tags as interstate people continue to look north, locals upgrade and expats return home.

“Luxe Broadbeach will meet expectations for high-end home-sized apartments that deliver on location, lifestyle and design, with its full-floor 374sqm residences set to deliver the most prestigious apartments we have seen in the Broadbeach area.

“There is nothing else of this level of luxury in Broadbeach – Luxe is unique as it only offers a limited number of 28 whole-floor apartments that cater for the top end prestige owner-occupier market of international standard.

“Luxe Broadbeach is perfectly positioned to meet the demand from buyers of premium properties who are looking to relocate, invest or upgrade on the Gold Coast.
