Central Gold Coast continues to undergo a luxury revolution in coastal living, with the launch of Busikon’s $30 million The Waverley Residences set to rise in the heart of the community precinct.

Buyers are now able to get their hands on The Waverley Residence’s sophisticated apartment range, including 14 x 3 beds; 32 x 2 beds; and 14 x 1-bedroom homes; across eight storeys of exceptional luxury.

Designed by award-winning architect firm Rothelowman with coastal living at its forefront, the contemporary apartments boast seamless indoor-outdoor integration through a unique kitchen layout that directly services both interior and alfresco dining.

Atop the residential collection will sit a tranquil rooftop terrace complete with full equipped gym, outdoor lounges, dedicated BBQ areas and a private dining space gazing across the waters to the Gold Coast skyline and beachfront.

The project’s prime location in the heart of Southport positions it within moments of the area’s glittering waterways and parklands, Southport CBD, Australia Fair Shopping centre and several prestigious schools.

David Lennard, Director of Residential Projects – Savill’s Gold Coast, the company handling the sales and marketing of The Waverley Residences, said Southport has been long overlooked for its supreme positioning at the core of the Gold Coast business precinct.

“We have a huge amount of faith in Southport as one of the most underrated locations on the coast, given its proximity to picturesque waterways and beachfronts, while being immersed in a lifestyle hub of dining, retail and education as the city’s undisputed CBD,” he said.

“The Waverley Residences ticks all the boxes that the discerning buyer looks for in a sophisticated home, with floor plans designed for optimum liveability, a sprawling rooftop retreat fit for entertaining and rejuvenating, and an aesthetical appeal that flows from its striking exterior to its light filled interiors.

“We understood that the idealistic coastal lifestyle is a huge driving force behind the growing demand for residences on the Coast, so we sought to create a range of homes that embodied the essence of sub-tropical living.”

Each of the 60 apartments features floor to ceiling windows paired with elegant timber style screening to invite ample natural lighting into the homes while providing abundant privacy for each resident.

The Waverley Residences shows remarkable value for money in a booming real estate marketplace, with prices starting at $345,000 and venturing up to $680,000.

Construction company Descon Group Australia has already commenced construction on The Waverley Residences, with completion anticipated in May 2022.
