The development proposal consists of 442 apartments across two towers:

- 104 x two bedroom apartments
Tower 2
- 156 one bedroom apartments
- 111 two bedroom apartments
The development includes four ground level retail tenancies along a new laneway as well as a 900m2 market retail space and 400m2 gym.
Designed by Bureau Proberts, the development includes a podium level resident recreation deck with pool, gardens and outdoor kitchen.
