A new DA has been submitted by Body Corporate for Lagoon Apartments Community Titles Scheme which proposes to build a 20 and 22 storey tower residential located at 26 Cairns Street, Kangaroo Point.

The development proposal consists of 442 apartments across two towers:

Tower 1

  • 71 x one bedroom apartments
  • 104 x two bedroom apartments

Tower 2

Advertisement
  • 156 one bedroom apartments
  • 111 two bedroom apartments

The development includes four ground level retail tenancies along a new laneway as well as a 900m2 market retail space and 400m2 gym.

Designed by Bureau Proberts, the development includes a podium level resident recreation deck with pool, gardens and outdoor kitchen.

    Looks fantastic. Great location too. This area will benefit with additional shops and restaurants for sure.
    I can’t wait to see the floor plans. Very interested in buying.
