A new DA has been submitted for a 20 storey residential development located on 20 Walsh Street, Milton by Keith George Pty Ltd.
The development comprises of 248 apartments, gym/lounge and pool deck.
- 154 – 1 bedroom apartments
- 88 – 2 bedroom apartments
- 6 – 3 bedroom apartments
The development design also includes green walls running up the full height of the building.
This is now one of a few residential towers to be proposed in Milton which has recently had its height limit raised under the new Milton local area plan.
