Developer of FV, Gurner has submitted a new DA for a 15 storey mixed use development located at 156-162 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley.

The development comprises of a total of 184 apartments (108 one bedroom apartments and 76 two bedroom apartments).

Designed by Elenberg Fraser, the project features a rooftop recreation deck with pool and three ground floor retail tenancies.
