A development application has been submitted by Regent Development Pty Ltd for a new twelve storey residential building located at 41-43 Regent Street, Woolloongabba.

Designed by Cottee Parker, the development comprises of 54 one, two and three bedroom apartments and 68 bike spaces across a 1,016 square metre site.

The site is located 400 metres away from the Buranda Bus and Rail stations with the Princess Alexandra Hospital approximately three blocks away.

The development features a rooftop recreation deck which would include tropical plantings, lawn, a barbecue and dining area as well as a spa.

According to the development application, the architects aim to convey a distinct architectural language driven by strong horizontal banding and indentations across the length of the facade

Landscaped planters are proposed to create a green spine up the building facade which hopes to soften the transitional space between tower elements.
